Planning
For our planing, we wanted to make sure that we were thorough we our research, especially because we were changing our main theme of a vampire to Bloody Mary.In each of the pages on our planning tab we give information on the chosen topic. Explaining what our group thoughts were at the time, and why we acted the way that we did.
Our pitch is one of the first things that we did, this is to tell you what we had to do in the time that we had. Explaining what we hoped to achieve within the time that we had.We then moved on to why we wanted to change the idea from vampires to something like Bloody Mary so we thought that we should explain our actions for that too, hopefully showing what we were thinking at the time.
After we had the initial idea sorted our for Bloody Mary, we went onto title ideas, with this we've had some trouble because for the majority of our project we had the name “Vèfurdo” and we were comfortable with that for a working title, until we were closer to the end of the whole project and we decided to keep it short and sweet and change it to 'Bloody Mary'. We then sorted out a filming schedule of when we would all be able to meet up and film, and where it would be best to film the shots that we needed. We knew that we had to get a large verity of shots because we wanted a lot of flashed and more intense atmosphere in the teaser trailer.
Our group members then divided the groups work that we needed into parts, and then we all came back and discussed our ideas and thought on how we could improve on the other persons ideas, this was all regarding make-up and to do with the costume, after we decided what we wanted our characters to look like we had someone sketch out a couple of possibilities that we could make. We then tried those all out and put them onto a social networking site to get the reaction and the thoughts on the different styles from the public. We then went to film what we needed, whilst doing this we looks lots of pictures to use on a later date so that we would be able to show the filming in action. (JB)
